Overview

I built a responsive React/Vite dashboard that gives a church board one place to review YouTube reach, service check-ins, ministry progress, trends, and projections. I kept public reach separate from verified participation so views are not presented as attendance.

Contribution

I built the dashboard shell, YouTube metrics flow through Apps Script, service check-ins, and board-facing views for trends, projections, CSV export, and PDF/print. I also kept check-in records separate from public reach in the data model and interface.

Implementation

I used React and Vite for the interface, with Apps Script handling the YouTube integration so the API key stays server-side. I used browser storage for local check-ins and added UI, data, privacy, workflow, and PDF tests.

Outcome & Reflection

I finished with 37 tests across 16 files passing, along with typecheck, lint, and the production build. The board-ready CSV/PDF workflow and the separation between reach and participation are decisions I would carry forward; I have not claimed a business outcome because one has not been measured yet.
